Going into the store, telling the front desk I was there for an interview. I waited in the break room they took me to and had a ten min interview with a manager. Awkward at best when he started telling me about his ex wife. I was told at the end that they would be getting with the district manager after new years and for me to just wait for them to contact me..

Interview
They are very unorganized. I interviewed with One manager and told him my salary requirements and he said "That's what we are offering for the job but when you meet with the next manager ask him for more because we are desperate for staff". I then go to the next interview and the second guy offers me 25k less than what they first manager told me was the base salary. I interviewed for One location and he tells me, "I might not keep you there I might send you to a different location after a month". Not happening as the other location is a 2 hour drive and it's not something I would agree to. They can't figure out between the two of them where the hell they stand in the interview and job offer process. I can only imagine the absolute chaos working for them. It's no wonder they are struggling to find people, they lie.
