A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I was open to the opportunity because R365 seems to have positive reviews on Glassdoor. The recruiter scheduled a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty typical and the recruiter was very informative. Later that day the recruiter emailed me to schedule an onsite interview. The onsite interview wasn't too challenging, but the manager seemed to be distracted by other staff outside and it felt very rushed. The interview only lasted 10 minutes before I was asked if I had any questions. I knew at that point I must have said something wrong. As we walked out of the conference room the manager shook her head at another staff member while walking by. I found this to be very unprofessional. I received an automated rejection letter later that week.
