Interview
Did a pointless 10 minute call with a recruiter to make sure I was okay with everything about the job.
After that I did an interview with Will, the CSO. Will was rude and condescending the entire time, and has no idea how to interview anyone. All he did was tell me why he disagreed with things I was saying. Overall, Will is not someone I would consider working for. He needs to find a new job.
Recruiters are all over the place and leave candidates hanging. For a company who seems to be on the forefront of changing the narrative in the workplace, they seem to be going the opposite direction based on how their recruiting team conducts business. I guess this makes sense when you look at the reviews of the company as a whole, eh?
It would appear that the executive team have blinders on and know it all when it comes to growing a business.
