I applied and heard back from the recruiter almost immediately. I had a great screening with the recruiter and he set up a call with the HM shortly after. I had a 45 minute call set with the HM, which seemed to go very well. So well, we ended up speaking for a total of 90 minutes. After that, I never heard back and my emails went ignored. Ghosting of candidates is never a good look. A simple ‘thanks, but no thanks’ would be sufficient.
