1st interview was with a recruiter. That was fine. He was responsive and professional for the most part. Second interview was by phone with a sales manager he was surprisingly very thorough, thoughtful with asking questions and answering mine. I actually thought it was strange they made this a phone call because it was about a 50 min call. After I got off the phone with second interviewer, within the hour the recruiter sent out a link for the 3rd interview which was scheduled with the next manager. First off he was almost 10 min late to join the zoom due to “technical issues”. This was scheduled for 30 min . He couldn’t seem less interested in getting to know me or my background. After asking me to describe my current role, he replies with “wow your job sounds so boring, how do you do it everyday?” Completely unprofessional and distracted throughout the whole process and then ends the call short because a “bear” crossed through his backyard?? Tells me to f/u w the recruiter to schedule another time for my questions to be answered. No response from anyone. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people at that is very telling of the culture at Restaurant 365.
