went through the interview process in mid-2022. I made it through the first two interviews and have lots of experience in the role. There were 2 major issues: 1) an interviewer who is not the hiring manager said that he had a very specific vision for the role and after explaining it did not align with the role description that I was previously made aware of. 2) the recruiting team stopped communication and never responded to my two follow-up emails. Poor communication and expectations.
