Interview
I discovered the company through Craigslist. The whole process is done online, so I signed up and started the interview process. The interview seemed very easy to me. Only the transcription test provided any challenge to me. When I finished the interview, I was told that it will take them one to two weeks to evaluate my application. However, I got an automated rejection letter from them after just a day. They never told me why I got turned down, nor how I can improve my chances of being accepted. Although I’m allowed to re-apply six months after the first interview, I feel unwelcome to them based on the tone of the rejection letter.

Their questions require essay-type answers, which are intended to separate those who are fluent in English and those who are not.
It was easy. Just a short audio file. and also a grammar test. Mostly choice answers. You'll wait for the results , some times it takes just a short period of time.
Easy process to get in as long as you trust your dialect and no human interaction at all. All you do is to pass the Transcription part and English MCQ.
You need to pass a toting test and submit a sample of your work to assess your writing and language proficiency skills. Then once you pass, if you are accepted, you will be able to get trained and have your work graded and paid for.
