Phone screen and then interview with the hiring manager.
These people are extremely inexperienced and young. When I asked the question on how they launch features to prod, she had a really weak response. No metrics or methods that they track for success which is quite alarming as this is B2C.
They seem to hire people outside of product which is also alarming.

Interview
I had an initial call with a recruiter. It went super well and she was excited for my candidacy. I then had an hour long call with a member of the product team. She was very nice and that went well, too.
I was then given a case study. I spent a few days working on it and I really liked the prompt. I interviewed with 3 PM's who I immediately felt were did not like me. I definitely felt unsaid biases from them based on my school/background/maybe appearance or race? I knew they didn't like me the second I started speaking due to body language and facial expressions. Regardless, I presented and answered their questions. I wrote the interviewers a quick Slack message thanking them for their time but that was ignored.
I got rejected generically a few days later. Some feedback would've been nice given that I had spent hours and hours on a complicated case study
