The lady sounded very unenthusiastic and as if she did not want to even have the interview. She let me talked for 15 minutes and then told me that I would not be getting the position. Why waste my time when you could have emailed me saying that I would not be getting the position. There was no point in having a phone interview especially if you're going to sound like the grinch.
