Online application - several sample grammar questions, 1-3 paragraphs to test your writing style and a 3 minute sample transcript. I had the same negative experience as the last reviewer. It says they will get back to you in a bit after they have graded your tests. However, I had hit submit on the test page, and had an email in my inbox immediately. It was like an automated response that said that I did not get the job. If they are not hiring, they should not be taking applications. The sample tests take a really long time! I will not be applying with them again.
