Question 1
Tell us about a time when you work under stress and how did you handle it?
First step was a CCAT and personality test.
Then I got the email from HR that they want to continue with hiring process. I had interview with HR and took another CCAT.
The next step was the interview with financial consultant.
After that, HR sent me an email to do an excel case study to submit to CFO for review once completed. I think I provided the right solution for the case study.
After 3 days with no response, I followed up with HR. They sent an email that I couldn't offer me a role at this time.
I was very serious with the whole long process and deadlines for each test and interview. I didn't know the reason and was not aware of the rejection until I followed up with them
