Aptitude test with a follow-up procured test. Overall, no one really spoke to me. Lance sent me a test, followed up three weeks later with a proctored test invite. He canceled and then didn't follow up with what my availability was. I wasn't able to meet on the new proposed date. Overall disorganized and messy. Didn't seem like they cared about the candidate's experience.

They reached out through other sources. They asked me to take a lengthy math quiz remotely and at my own pace, then repeat the process being proctored by the recruiter. I cut the first quiz session short as there is no point in accomplishing this having 10 years of experience in the same role. The recruiting process is irrelevant and too barbaric.
