Applied to the role and received an email within hours inviting me to complete two timed, on camera and mic “assessment” pieces. I researched the company and found that most who are invited to complete these steps never make it to actual interviewing. I sat on this for a few days, while my inbox blew up with reminders that I couldn’t continue on to the interview unless I completed these. So, I eventually carved our time to do these tasks, which were a complete waste of time. I received an email within 24 hours that I wouldn’t be moving on in the “interview process.” No reason given.
