Revalize interview questions

I scheduled an initial interview and was sent an online assessment (critical thinking and personality). I then interviewed first with a recruiter who proctored the assessment again. I was then asked to interview with the head of the functional team. I was told they wanted to continue interviews and go quickly through the process, so I then interviewed with two executives of the company. After a day or so, I was given an offer letter and discussed terms from there.

Great! Extremely informative, open and transparent about the position and job. There was no beating around the bush about money, they were extremely straightforward with what they could and could not offer. They make you take a CCAT, (aptitide test) but once I joined I learned even current employees are being asked to take it. Its very fair and an easy indicator in recruiting. Many companies use them so I felt confident in taking the test.
