Sent me a test where they record your face while you do some kind of IQ test. I emailed the HR person that I'd still like to interview but I won't be doing their test. This was just now so I haven't heard back yet.
I'm not old, but I feel too old for that. Judging by the other reviews here, I think their interview practices are damaging their company.

They sent me an absurd college level math / logic quiz and RECORDED your face while taking it. I was immediately annoyed and decided to stop taking it. I am not a dog, I am not going to jump through hoops for you.
