I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Revamp Engineering
Interview
Applied online and had an initial screening with HR. Was told that I would be contacted with feedback within 7-10 days, despite the decision. Months passed and I followed up a few times, which I was ghosted every time. With no feedback recieved, I reached out one final time and recieved conformation that they were still in the hiring process. A few weeks later, got the automated rejection with no feedback to be found. Despite HR saying how they value candidates, ghosting and stringing them on for months is not very professional. Also admitted to there being no room for growth in the position, which was the opposite of what you normally hear.
