It really isn't an interview, but more like they require you to take an exam before starting and this allows them to measure your knowledge, they offer you a study guide, so that's good, but the latter half of the exam is just general knowledge type questions, so it isn't that terrible. Exam covers mostly Java, with a bit of SQL, Javascript, and HTML/CSS. After that, you get selected and it is out of your realm to decide if you want to be a Data engineer or software developer, it just depends on the cohort you get put in. It is 9-10 weeks of modules and learning with coding labs, assignments, quizzes, and one final big project. There is also a possibility if there are clients in need of engineers, they may send you early before you finish the modules or even before beginning training, but this is entirely dependent on location and where you are at.
