I interviewed at Reveal (Chicago, IL)

      Interview

The interview process was very professional, I was greeted in the lobby and guided through every step of the way. The interview process itself was a panel interview and the employees were very professional. Although the interview went very well, with one employee telling me "You are exactly what we are looking for" I was dragged along for over 3 months while they told me they're just waiting for approval in this department to proceed with next steps. Eventually, they stopped responding to me and I never heard back. I was neither rejected nor accepted. I'm assuming they didn't receive the budget approval to hire me, which is disappointing considering it seems like a great company. Being dragged along for 3 months and consequently being distracted from other companies I was looking at was really frustrating.
