I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revelex (Boca Raton, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
Talked with external recruiter and internal HR representative. Interviewed with CIO, Dev Team, and finally CEO. They all seemed like decent people, but will absolutely waste your time. Be prepared for like 7 interviews and no job offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revelex (Miami, FL) in Aug 2017
Interview
I had a phone screen and then an office visit. Overall the group of engineers that interviewed me was fine. They were pretty cool and nothing out of the ordinary.
After I was over with them, they called me once again to meet with the CTO (James Horvath ). This guy is a piece of work. He was rude and pushy and started asking personal questions like "Do you have kids?" or "What's your current salary?". This was not in a friendly manner like making conversation, it was like he was checking boxes with these questions. He wasn't even looking at my face. After I replied to one of those questions with "How is that relevant?" he literally ended the interview.
I'm sure this is not a reflection on the people working there but I have no words to express how awful and ILLEGAL this was.
Good Ridance, I hope you don't get any talent in your team. If the company allows people like this to run things, it speaks for the lack of interest in their current and future employees
STAAAYYY AWAYYY !
