The process was fairly quick. Had 2 phone screenings and one in person interview. Culture was tight knit which was nice, communication seemed to be easy. However, after the interview you are told you will hear from them but if it's a no then most likely you won't. Very unprofessional in my opinion, a simple "no thanks" would have been nice especially when you have other jobs waiting for a response.
