Applied via Glassdoor.com and was called by recruiter within a couple of days. The recruiter asked some basic questions about my background and what I was looking for. I was then invited in for a face to face interview and told that their would be a sales panel that I would present to. I showed up 15 mins early and was ready to deliver my pitch but only ended up meeting with the director of HR. She again asked a lot of questions about my background and let me know they are growing like crazy. After meeting and talking with her for about 45 mins I was given a tour.
After the tour she wanted me to go ahead and meet the manager over the sales department. He was wiry and full of energy but didnt really seem interested in talking with me. He then gave me another tour of the facility and showed me the door.
The interview seemed very unorganized and I didn't feel like they cared much about my qualifications. Seems like they are trying to hire a lot of people fast and I was looking for more of a full career opportunity.
A day later I received an offer via phone and then formally via email. My suggestion would be to really look into this place before deciding to work here. I read they have a high turnover rate and I can see why!
