Revolut Business Transformation Manager interview questions

30 minute screening call was easy however they didn't accommodate for my requirement for extra time due to my dyslexia for the aptitude tests and so I only got three quarters of the way through. 40 questions in 20 minutes is difficult even if you don't struggle with reading! Doing things at that insane speed is not really testing your real world problem solving skills. I've since heard Revolut have an awful culture and the way I was treated at interview (asking for a reasonable adjustment and being refused) just confirms this. I wish I hadn't bothered with the rest, I should have taken the refusal for extra time as a red flag immediately.

Stage 1: Screening Call General 30 minute call with recruiter explaining what the role is. Questions like tell me about yourself and describe a time you solved a problem in your job. Stage 2: Assessment Tests CCAT style tests, was fairly straightforward. Stage 3: Case Study Real life case study related to security processes within Revolut and how one would go about capturing transactions related to financial crime or fraud and the KPIs related to this. Difficult to answer the case given no cyber/fin-crime background. Stage 4: Bar Raise + Culture Fit Interivew Did not make it to this stage
