Interview
The recruiter was very kind and polite, very resourceful! She asked good questions and seemed to be genuinely interested if I'm a good fit for the role.
Unfortunately, the second interview with the operations manager was all over the place.
The interviewer was late and asked me if I had any questions for them 2min until the end of the interview. It's good that gave me a few minutes more to ask my questions; I come from a company from another domain and business model, I wasn't asked anything about my motivation to work at Revolut, how I could adapt, what I could do to help Revolut to grow in Customer Success, how I could do things differently to support the org, etc; I was asked only questions about my previous experience and what I've been doing there; I feel like I gave to Revolut my Customer Success framework in this short interview, and now you don't need me to execute anything.
There wasn't any information about the next steps from the interviewer's side or what I should expect. I was just told "Who is your recruiter? I will inform them and they will let you know";
