I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Dec 2020
Interview
Telephone interview - with the human resources dept
Home based test (which consisted of reviewing enormous excel files and producing a report several pages long - it was OTT for an interview)
2 x interviews - one with the hiring manager (who was actually quite nice) and one with the one over one manager (who did everything in their power to make me feel like the entire interview was a total inconvenience)

I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very methodical interview process but if you google around you will see a lot of question marks and negative reviews for bad business practice and bad ethics. Very little made me feel good about this company and a lot was ringing serious warning bells before I was advised by a hiring manager that if they had understood what they knew about the business now as an employee they would not have joined the company!!! The person literally tried to save me from working for their company!
Google around on this company - they think they're Apple or Google Mk2 but a lot of it is hubris and arrogance. Some of the undeniably pleasant and capable people I met seemed to be struggling with a toxic culture in some areas. Staff turnover is high. Look carefully before you leap.
