I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
Please provide feedback, especially to those that have dedicated so much of their time and made it to the last stage. I went through over 7 different stages, spent at least 10 hours in total preparing, completing the task and on interview calls, made it to the very end and then got a simple rejection letter with no context as to why I got rejected. It is a great shame that not even the most basic of feedback can be provided, but instead, a generic rejection email. So much for the Be radically honest, direct, and respectful value... I am also incredibly annoyed as the recruiter's last email alluded to me being successful and that our next conversation would be on starting date and compensation...so very shocked to see another email that said I was unsuccessful. I, of course, tried to follow up, but complete silence. Process: Stage 1 - Screener interview (30min) Stage 2- Interview with a manager (30min) Stage 3- Task (5+ hours of prep) Stage 4 - Pre-call prep with a recruiter (30min) Stage 5 - Problem-solving interview - (45min) Tip: make sure to learn the provided framework and use it! Stage 6 - Pre-call prep with a recruiter (30min) Stage 7 - Bar Raiser - (60min) Tip: make sure to learn the Revolut values Stage 8 - Team fit call (30min) I got my rejection after stage 8 with no feedback at all… 10-15 hours in total of prep, calls, and tasks. Final note - please please provide feedback to your candidates.

Interview
Initial interview with a company TA recruiter, interview with the hiring manager, another short interview prep, consulting company case study interview, senior management interview. The case study interview is conducted on an unrelated topic to "test your thinking and problem-solving skills" by a company employee who comes from a consulting firm background. This approach seemed a bit pretentious and superficial to me, and did not in any way highlight my competences and expertise. If you'd like to hire people with a background in consulting rather than a person with an actual hands-on experience and proven success record, you should just go for applicants from consulting firms directly and not waste other candidate's time.
