First recruiter or HR, then task to source out leads and a role play on cold calling, and then an interview with the country manager
However, country manager seems to have a certain set of model answers he is looking for. If you dont answer what he wants to hear, you are out.

Interview
I was on 2n stage of the interview with the head of sales, he was 10 minutes late and looked stressed, no introduction, nothing, just jumped into the first question. Never had an experience in my career. I wouldn't recommend Revolut to anyone
