I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
The functional skills interview was terrible. Rushed, cold, and conducted in a noisy open space with zero engagement. There was no conversation. No ice breaker. Just ticking boxes. Clarification questions were met with visible frustration. Wanted to leave after 5 min in. By far the worse interview of my life.
This type of behavior and performance from the interviewer will jeopardize good candidate. Not good to attract talent and very surprising to see this at Revolut. After that interview I had changed my position and no longer wanted to work for Revolut.
