I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut in Jan 2026
Interview
I had about 11 different meetings throughout the process distributed in the following blocks:
1. Screening (1 call)
2. Problem solving case (1 call + 1 interview)
3. Bar raiser (1 call + 1 interview)
4. Team fit (they advertise this as as many as they have available until you find a team, in reality if you fail two they reject your application)
Overall recruiting and HR teams very responsive, but terrible experience with the team fit interviews. They market this as a two-way interview to find a team you fit, when in reality the interviews can be anything from behavioral to full on problem-solving case. In my case one of the teams asked very tough questions related to the team topic.
Had in total 11 calls and got rejected before call 12, 2+ months total.

Question 1
What is the difference between block-of-work and block-of-state for crypto
made it till round 4(problem solving interview). Good experience. They arranged screening call, then aptitude test, then PS. The interviewers were friendly and supportive. PS round was difficult for me as I was not able to think on the spot during the interview.
Long. Pre-screening, aptitude test, gmat sort of test, problem solving, case, bar raiser. I had a bad experience. Not because the interviews very difficult, but the attitude was rude, they were mean, arrive late to the calls. If that is the interview...how is the working culture day by day?

Interview
Talent team reached out. Screening call arranged with the screener. 1 hour interview conducted. Result was shared couple of days later. Asked for feedback and received. Eventhough it was not accurate or made any sense.
