I was approached by a recruiter via LinkedIn. There was a problem-solving interview (never heard back after that) which is a 1:1 interview followed by two face-to-face interviews. Feedback on the interview: Firstly, the interviewer was about 10 mins late for the interview. Furthermore, he was half-asleep, and joined the call straight out of bed- which was very unprofessional. He showed no interest in my skills and experience. No questions were asked about it. I had to draw examples from my experience to explain what he wanted to hear. He did not explain the job role, and just dived into ONE random ill-structured question which he claimed to be a problem solving question. The question was too broad, and the interviewer lacked technical understanding of the product. The job description was centered very much around technology. So, it is perhaps not too far-fetched to expect the interviewer to know the basic principles. I haven't heard from the recruiter since which is again very unprofessional. I did have high expectations of the company as an outsider- which has now been permanently damaged.
