I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Sep 2020
Interview
I was approached by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn. I went through two phases of the interview:
1. The first step was a video call with the same internal recruiter who approached me originally. She asked me about my overall experience, reasons for leaving my current job and my expectations from the role. She also explained how the team is structured and what is required of the Senior PM at Revolut. The recruiter was friendly and helpful. At the end of the call, I was told that I will have a second stage interview with someone from the team.
In between the phases, I was informed about what I should expect in the second interview and to prepare an example as of when I needed to deal with a difficult situation and explain how did I approach and solved it.
2. The second phase was a video call with the Global Operations Manager. I was asked to talk about my experience as usual but also to present my use case. I chose a commercial/stakeholder type of challenge, however, this was not sufficient as the interviewee expected me to describe a technical challenge. After that, I was asked to answer the case study by walking through my thinking process and approach. The case study was "the company's goal is to drive additional 50mln of revenue - how do you approach that challenge?". It was pretty obvious from the conversation that the knowledge of the financial market is inevitable, as I was prompted with some industry specifics in the conversation. Overall, it was quite a stressful and tense chat.
After the last stage, I received an email about a week later that I didn't pass the interview. Overall, I was quite happy with the process. I'd recommend asking questions of what type of use case are you expected to talk about, as it felt like it can really depend on what is required based on who are you going to speak with.

Interview
Screening call followed by a case study interview but did not receive any responses, not even a confirmation of the application being rejected. Very poor from the recruiter - goes to show that all horror stories regarding their interview process are possibly true.

Interview
It was smooth. One round of discussion and then an aptitude test. Once you clear, another tech round and then final round. The time zone difference didn’t matter and you should be anticipating approx 1 month for the entire process to get over

I recently undertook the interview process with Revolut, the process was excellent, the recruitment team was excellent with arranging the interview times, assisting with the prep for the problem solver interview. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
