Recruiter reached out to speak about multiple roles. On the first occasion the interview was cancelled in very short notice. When rescheduled they mentioned alternative roles and then asked to reschedule a few mins after second interview was due to start. Complete waste of time and suggests a chaotic work environment!
It was quite smooth and transparent, though I didn't make the cut; however loved the way the recruitment team did all the communications throughout, including sharing final interview feedback over email.

Interview
My experience with Revolut’s recruitment process was extremely disappointing.
After applying, I was invited to schedule an initial HR interview. The earliest slot available was a week later, which I accepted. Thirty minutes before the interview, I received an email cancelling it, followed by another email saying the interview would actually go ahead at the same time with another person and new Google Meet link.
I joined the call on time, but no one showed up. I waited 15 minutes and emailed the recruiter to let them know and to offer to reschedule at their convenience. I never received a response.
Shortly after, I received an automated rejection email saying they had decided to move forward with other candidates.
This level of disorganization, lack of communication, and disregard for candidates’ time reflects a very unprofessional hiring process.

Interview
Initial application through LinkedIn. Received an email asking me to complete two online assessments. Following this I received an email from HR to schedule a screening interview. This went well and the individual was very pleasant. Following this I was given the next stage the very next day so no time to prepare and there was no real agenda. The interviewer seemed tired and a little uninterested. Despite what appeared to be a good fit I did not receive any feedback for 4 days.
