The recruitment process took one month and a week.
I had four interviews and one online assessment.
The first interview was to understand my background and motivations with the recruiter.
The second one, was with a Service Operation Manager and the subject was related to problem solving and Service Operations Management. The third interview was to help me to prepare for the next interview.
The last interview that I had, was a case study regarding the utilisation rate of a Revolut’s service.
All of the staff was kind and interested to hear my thoughts and answers.
I didn’t pass to the last stage of this process.
I think this process should be more faster and with less number of interviews. This might improve the
recruitment process.
