Really off putting when your told it’s a 5 stage interview! No company needs to do this in this day and age. Terrible process and so complicated and too structured. You are more likely to get more out of someone with a conversation led interview.
Long but straightforward - interviewers were quite friendly and there seemed to be a lot of transparency in the overall process in terms of expectation and steps. However, given all of the hoops candidates have to go through, feedback would have been nice.
