After several interviews with the recruiter (who was very thorough), I spent a lot of time prepping mainly for the interview which was a Mckinsey Esque problem-solving interview. I spent a solid week preparing for this however it didn't go to plan. I have worked in tech for 20yrs and I am not a consultant, I think these types of interviews are unfair and dont represent the individual.
