Interview
They contacted me by LinkedIn, and the full process to set up a interview was really quick. I had a first interview with HR, who explained the workflow, the profile that them been looking and all the perks of working for Revolut. She asked my journey as a designer and what area i would like to explore more.

Question 1
What is the area that you feel more comfortable or would like to explore more?
The interview process for a Senior Graphic Designer at Revolut was pretty thorough. It started with a recruiter call to go over my background, followed by a technical interview where I walked through my portfolio and design approach. Then came a take-home design task, which was quite detailed and took some time to complete. After that, I had a live design challenge where I had to think on my feet and explain my decisions. The final round was with senior leadership, focusing more on culture fit and how I’d contribute to the team. Overall, it was a challenging but well-structured process.
