Highly structured: 1. Talent Acquisition screening 2. Hiring manager technical interview 3. Problem solving case study 4. Bar raiser / culture focus 5. People management and hiring focus Incredibly well organised overall, talent acquisition team were fantastic with immediate feedback and prompt responses etc. Very impressive process!
