Keep your wits about you. I went through 4 stages of interviews. The first 3 stages could not have gone better. Wonderful people, super engaging and kind, and gave me a great impression of the Revolut team. The recruiter throughout the entire process was on it. Great with follow-up and had excellent preparation tips and feedback. Really enjoyed everyone I met until the final interview. The final interview however left a terrible taste in my mouth. The interviewer was incredibly monotone and hard to read throughout the interview. He did not seem engaged. He did not allow me to introduce myself but introduced himself and then dived into questions immediately. He also went on really strange tangents where he complained about people "always focusing on diversity" in the executive leadership team. He also complained about the "media" and their "narrative" about the gender pay gap report. He seemed to have different ideas about what equity and inclusion meant. When asked about the team I'd be joining he went into a short monologue about the person in this role before and how they were a terrible culture fit. Overall I left the interview knowing the company and I were not going to be aligned and felt that this type of rhetoric was indicative of a poor people culture.
