Interview
5 stage interview process. I met with different people at different stages. Employees seemed unengaged and uninterested throughout the process. Felt like a lack of culture. It was not clear what part of the marketing portfolio the job would be focussed on which was concerning. Was given a home task to do, which I had to submit - they gave 4 days to complete and submit it and no opportunity to present it and talk through the response. Following submission of the task, I received an email stating that didn’t get to next stage. I had to chase HR for specific feedback. The feedback I received was “presentation was very good - it was borderline”. It was insulting as I’d answered all questions in the task. The other point in my feedback was that they expected me to add in extra points not actually listed in the task. Don’t recommend. Don’t waste your time!

Talk me through some projects you’ve led and what they’ve delivered
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Dec 2024
Interview
I was reached out twice from the same person in different occasions for two separate roles, the interviews were messy. They didn't even know the role the interview was for and the first time I was rescheduled twice.
Additionally, I stated beforehand I needed to be sponsored by the company and was told it was possible, both times I was asked about this by the end of the interview and told it couldn't be done, which was discriminatory and a waste of time, considering I asked beforehand. They definitely need to do better.
both interviews were online. first one was general, getting to know the company, specifics about the role etc. second was more job specific and technical, not just with HR person.

Question 1
What are some kpis you would use in this situation
Interview process was nice and organized, but final interview was a Problem Solving, which I think it feels very confronting and uncomfortable. I would prefer a take-home assignment as, for me, it would be a more realistic way to evaluate a candidate.
