It was a standard interview process. There was an initial call with the recruiter, then another one with the hiring manager and lastly two other interviews with the heads of other departments this role was relevant to.

TA team reached out and had my first interview with them, which went well and a lot of technical and skill related questions associated to the role, which went pretty well, weighing myself to the questions asked I believe I was up there in the pool of candidates suitable for the role. Second round was with someone leading the B2C Product Marketing (this was a B2B marketing role I was applying for) and was more of a cultural interview, again as often with these younger companies a "do I like you test" vs talking about experience or skillsets needed for the role. Unfortunately that was the last opportunity I had, as was rejected after that round, hence I found it a negative experience. If you don't get the chance to proceed to someone in the team you are going to work with and are being judged by someone in another team with other skillsets, who also clearly stated there is quite a gap at the moment between their business and consumer focussed sides of the org, it feels a bit like their B2B hiring process is being blocked by their B2C team (they are posting forever looking to fill these roles).
