I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Applied online, had a 30-minute video call with a recruiter (who was lovely). Was told in that interview on a Friday, I would be moved onto the next stage which was putting together an IWD campaign, this needed to be done by Monday. Thought the time frame was a little unfair especially as I was told Friday evening, I have a life outside of applying for roles and didn't plan on spending weekend dedicated to them and I was sick.
Sent this off and was told days later I made it to the 3rd stage. Had an interview with a manager who was nice, however, but her questions didn't really have anything to do with what I could bring to the role so not sure how they score people. Also, there was no feedback or mention of the assessment I was made to do, which kinda made it seem like a waste of point. Sadly, didn't make it to the final round.
Other Internal Communications Manager Interview Reviews for Revolut
Normal process. I got contacted by e-mail from a recruiter after applying online for a screen call. It was a little chat with HR to get to know you, where they dived deeper into your cv and the experience that mattered the most. After that, I was told I moved into the next round of interview, with the direct Manager. She was nice, explained the vacancy a little more, and had questions prepared that related to the vacncy's day to day life and the way you'd approach them. After that, a business case followed. I withdrawn from the process after that.
