1st. HR interview for 30 minutes to see if I am a good fit for the position.
2nd. Online assesment with 3 in my opinion simple SQL queries, 1 python function to sort a text array and 7/8 statistical questions.
3. First Technical Interview with 3 SQL questions. They ranged from easy (just simple sorting a inner joins) to complicated (window function to be implemented with subqueries). It is not ideal, because you cannot look at documentation, which I find stupid, but anyway...
4. Second Technical Interview with a business case and A/B test. This is purely theoretical, they will throw a business case at you and you need to identify KPIs, metrics, and how you will build a report/dashboard to present to stakeholders based on the case at hand. For the A/B test they will ask the same, how you would conduct the A/B test, and technical questions on how to handle things (sample size, power of the test, etc.)
I didn't pass the second technical, so it sucks because I made it to the last round, and it is always painful to be rejected at the very final step.
They were very nice during the whole process. Interviews very professional and friendly. Never ghosted by HR and the recruiter was always available to questions via email, which is a big win seeing the current state of the market.
