I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Singapore)
Interview
INCREDIBLE waste of time. Don't bother applying if you're new to Sales even though they don't have an SDR role and this is their entry level role.
During my screening call, the recruiter was extremely demoralizing and picked on my lack of experience to insinuate I wouldn't get far. Jokes on him because I made it all the way to the final fit call with the manager and even discussed notice period, salary package, planned vacations only for them to come back with the excuse that someone had better experience and was chosen instead. Leading up to this, the recruiter said I had glowing feedback throughout and a "Strong Hire" rank from multiple interviewers so go figure.
If experience was the final deciding factor, I should've been ruled out in the first stage. My "lack of experience" was made known to them even before they decided to progress me through their 5 rounds of interviews and they should've saved me the effort if they arent going to label me for anything more than a few words on a CV.
If you apply here as an AE just know as well you would be made to see through virtually every stage of a sales cycle. It would've been good exposure, but everyone I interviewed with seems overworked. I would strongly suggest applying somewhere else.
J’ai passé un entretiens très rapide (rh) en anglais à 100%. On m’a expliqué comment me préparer aux prochains entretiens. Et on m’a posé quelques question sur ce que je vendais à qui comment et quels outils j’utilisais

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

Entretien en 6 étapes.
HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
