I applied online. I interviewed at Revolut (Singapore) in Aug 2024
Interview
The phone screening was straightforward, and the recruiter was friendly, sharing helpful insights about the company and even tips on improving my CV. However, the experience with the hiring manager was less ideal. He was 10 minutes late and didn’t give me a chance to properly introduce myself. The interview felt rushed, with a strong focus on how I would build my pipeline. He came across as very results-driven but also a bit snobbish, which gave me a sense of the team culture.
This process seems to favor candidates who are confident in "selling themselves" during interviews. If you’re not naturally good at this, you’ll need a well-prepared story to convince the hiring manager. Interestingly, it has been three months since my interview, and the role is still vacant.
J’ai passé un entretiens très rapide (rh) en anglais à 100%. On m’a expliqué comment me préparer aux prochains entretiens. Et on m’a posé quelques question sur ce que je vendais à qui comment et quels outils j’utilisais

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
