First interview scheduling was very impersonal- received automatic mail and interview meeting date and hour were placed without consulting with me first for availability, however, when asked to move the date and time the HR people were very nice and helpful. The 30 minute interview was also impersonal, half the time the HR person read information about the company and talked exceedingly fast (it was like a horse track race :D). I barely had time to talk about my previous experience and future career plans. They also seem extremely focused on data and KPIs. The post-interview test is a standard one, everyone goes through it, with 40 questions, and you only have 30 seconds per question, and it 's based a lot on math and logical skills, However, there were questions about square meters and other math problems, most of which are pretty hard (especially if your European and have a different system).
