I applied for the Data Analyst Graduate Programme. The process was quite long, more than 2 months. I applied online, and went through a screening process. After that, they sent me an online tests with couple of questions of pandas, SQL, statistics and data analysis, which was fair. I had a 15 minutes call with the Hiring Manager, with some basic questions about my interests in working with Revolut. Then, I had a 1 hour technical interview on SQL, where I was given a dataset and I had 3 technical questions (find this metrics) and 3 conceptual questions (how would you go about solving this problem). I had a lot of materials to prepare, and the guy was very welcoming and open to giving my feedback and answering my questions after the interview. I had the final 3o mins behavioral call, which was pretty chill, with some questions about my background and my projects. Overall, the project was very smooth, although a bit long.
