I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Pune) in Apr 2025
Interview
The experience was seamless, with everyone involved showing a remarkable understanding throughout the entire process. I didn't feel nervous while giving the interview. There were three stages: the first was the screening of my CV, the second was a screening call, and the last and final stage was an interview with the team leader.

Question 1
How would you rate the metrics, and what would their ranking be based on your understanding?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolut (Ciudad de Mexico) in Jun 2026
Interview
The first interview was brief, lasting about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant and efficient experience. The recruiter started with a quick introduction to the company's culture and current expansion. After that, they moved directly into standard screening questions. Very concise, did not ask many follow-up questions, and was highly attentive and open to answering any questions I had throughout the call.
As a second filter, I had to complete a couple of assessments to test my overall fluency in English and then in Spanish. I found those pretty easy as well, although completing both of them took me around 2 hours or so (I don't remember exactly).
The last interview was the longest one, it lasted about 45 minutes in which the manager asked me overall behavioral questions, and a couple of written assessments using mock cases. At the end of our meeting they also gave me feedback, which I greatly appreciated.
I received the official job offer a day after completing my last interview, and the overall process was pretty quick to me. Everyone was professional and kind, and I am really happy with my experience.

They try to put the most pressure on you on the interviews, setting you up for a really hard time. It was not a friendly talk at all, and it was also really really long.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
I don't understand their interview process. They select candidates who do not even have relevant experience to the profile but reject candidates who have the experience. So please give feedback next time when rejecting a candidate. And for candidates, it's better not to apply to this company
