I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in May 2025
Interview
"The interview process was very well-structured, with each stage clearly defined and helpful guidance provided on how to prepare. I genuinely appreciated the experience, even though I wasn’t ultimately selected. The only downside was that, while the communication and support throughout the process were excellent, once I didn’t move forward, the follow-up came as an automated message. I reached out to the HR team for feedback but unfortunately didn’t receive a response."
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"The first interview is more of an introductory conversation to get to know you and assess whether your experience aligns with the role. Then, there's a personality assessment. In the third round, they ask more role-specific questions to evaluate how well you'd fit in the position and how you'd handle different scenarios. The fourth round—which is as far as I got—involves a prospecting task, a role play, and then writing an email. I actually thought it went better than it apparently did—haha! But honestly, everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and professional throughout the process."
It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

Quick summary of your background
Why are you interested in this role?
Entretien en 6 étapes.
HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
