I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut
Interview
1. recruiter screening
2. live coding (practical stuff) in the language you will be working in. Implement a simple cache + write unit tests.
3. basic system design. Implement a feature: client-server-db
4. standard behavioral interview. STAR formart
Process is OK but they don't ask you for availability to schedule a meeting. If you ask to reschedule - the recruiter straight up ignores you.
The pre-onboarding process is horrenderious and disorganized. You have to wait multiple days to get answers to basic questions that should be written in a FAQ somewhere. Virtually no support from their side.
All of the above makes you not want to join the company if that's how they treat you even before you join. I now understand why people avoid Revolut like a plague.

I passed the hr interview , it includes concurency, db, CQRS patterns, locking mechanisims, and some java related questions
- Introductions to Revolut, our Java teams and why we're hiring
- Some basic HR questions
- Discussion of your background and experience
- 1 or 2 technical scenario questions (usually around concurrency & isolation, sharding & indexes, or testing)
Passed first two stages - HR and Live coding. Process is smooth and clear. Hr is responsive, every stage is well structured. Feedback is given on request. Still in the process, will update once done.

Clear but challenging, with tasks and love coding that assess experience in multiple sectors. People were kind and always eager to help or explain in case I had questions or anything.
