Interview
The interview process at Revolut was very pleasant and transparent from start to finish. It began with an online assessment covering job-related behavior, cognitive abilities, and multitasking skills. This was followed by two interviews: the first was a shorter conversation focused on learning more about the role and expectations, while the second was a more extended session that included mock calls and questions to assess my experience and fit for the position.
You will be asked to complete an initial online assessment so they may evaluate and check if you are a good fit with the team. The recruitment team is polite.
