Lengthy waste of time. Initial outreach from recruiter who read, by their own words, "10%" of the job description from a script.
Followed by a time consuming and poorly defined data analysis task, for which the final product is submitted to the ether. No opportunity to discuss your presentation and comment on your findings, just a "you passed, congrats" from the recruiter after many hours of labor.
Then, in my case, a problem solving interview. First time, the interviewer never showed up and I was left to wonder what happened when no one would respond to my emails (was sick, apparently).
I asked several times during the process if I would have the opportunity to speak directly with members of the team for which I was applying, but was told that was "not standard".....go figure.
